All products shipped from us must be in good packing and without any breakage before shipment after inspection. You need to check whether the package is damaged after you receive it.

If there is any of the above, please take photos or video as evidence immediately and check whether the inner packing is damaged. And make a claim to the logistics operator. If necessary, we will assist you in making a claim.

*Track your package

Generally, we will send you the tracking number first. It is normal that the package may not be updated for 1 to 3 days on the way to the courier company. If it has not been updated for a long time, please contact us.

*The wrong package

If you feel that you have received the wrong product,
please provide the shipping company with the photo and video for claim in time.
Once we confirm, we will arrange a reissue product for you.

*Return or exchange of package
